Learning to work well together with other church leaders and to share the weight of pastoral leadership is vital to a healthy and sustainable ministry. Healthy teams are often the result of healthy systems. We will spend our time discussing the particulars of systems theory, how it intersects with Scripture, and how awareness of our current system can help us lead in courageous and faithful ways.

This event, hosted by the Thriving Pastors Initiative’s Threads series, will provide pastors and ministry leaders with opportunities to grow, to be stretched, to think, to learn and to hear best practices regarding ministry team relationships and leadership development in the church.

Lunch is provided to all who register and attend.

Originally from Oklahoma, Greg "Gib" Gibson has served as the Lead Pastor and an Elder of Living Hope Church outside of Memphis, TN, since 2006. Greg has led numerous conferences and workshops on church planting and pastoral ministry. He currently serves on the board of Leaders Collective, a cohort-based ministry developing pastors and church planters for gospel ministry.
