Chris Lim will deliver a talk entitled, Human Trafficking: A Global Perspective.

Chris Lim is an adjunct professor in the University of Alabama’s School of Social Work where he also serves as the project director for the Alabama Uniform Integrated Human Trafficking Initiative. After a 14 year career in law enforcement with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Chris began working with various non-profit organizations to serve victims of human trafficking. He has served internationally in the Middle East, Kenya, Cambodia, and the Philippines in an undercover capacity and as security consultant in efforts to end human trafficking and help victims recover. He will speak on both local and global concerns with this issue.
