Admitted Students Weekend is an opportunity for all newly-admitted students to spend time with the Beeson community, explore Birmingham and network with future classmates. Students also hear from faculty and staff about preparing well for seminary, course scheduling and class registration. Both students who have committed to enroll and those who are making a final decision are invited to attend.

A Day with the Beeson Preaching Faculty

Join Beeson's preaching faculty for a day-long preaching workshop. Breakfast refreshments and lunch are included. All participants will receive three books--one by each participating faculty member. Tickets are $30 for Beeson alumni and community members. Tickets are $10 for Beeson Divinity School and Samford University students.

As part of the Spirit and Power Project, funded through the Lilly Endowment's Compelling Preaching Initiative, Beeson Divinity School will host its first annual preaching conference on campus this April. At this inaugural event, we will celebrate the faithful preaching and teaching ministries of Robert Smith, Jr., upon his retirement. More details are forthcoming.
