Dr. Tom Steffen served 20 years with New TribesMission, 15 of those in the Philippines. He is professor of intercultural studies in the Cook School of Intercultural Studies at Biola University, La Mirada,Calif. He directs the D.Miss. program. His books include The Facilitator Era:Beyond Pioneer Church Multiplication and Great Commission Companies:The Emerging Role of Business in Missions (with Steve Rundle).
